สรุปแนวทางโครงการ   ออกหน่วยบริการตรวจเช็คและให้คำแนะนำตรวจสอบสายไฟแก่ประชาชน

(โครงการความร่วมมือ 3 ประสานบริการชุมชน)

ข้อมูลจาก กฟน.

** การเช็คว่าไฟรั่วตรงจุดไหนบ้าง ไม่สามารถทำได้เพราะไม่มีเครื่องมือ  แต่มีเครื่องมือที่สอนในโรงเรียนซึ่งมีราคาแพง  มีความยุ่งยาก  ต้องใช้โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ  แต่การจะรู้ได้ว่าไฟรั่วตรงจุดไหนจะทราบทันทีเมื่อถูกไฟดูด หรือเกิดประกายไฟ  เท่านั้น  ถ้าไม่แก้ไขจะทำให้เกิดไฟลัดวงจรได้ (การศึกษาพบว่าสาเหตุที่เกิดไฟไหม้มาจากความประมาทและไม่ระมัดระวังจากสายไฟที่ใช้ในบ้านเก่ามาก  ฉนวนหุ้มสายไฟผุเปื่อย  กระแสไฟฟ้ารั่ว)

** วิธีเช็คที่ทำได้คือหมั่นตรวจด้วยสายตา  เช่น  เต้ารับ-เต้าเสียบ ,แผงสวิตซ์ไฟ สายไฟ เทปพันสายไฟ  ชำรุดหรือมีรอยฉีกขาดหรือไม่  และเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าต่อสายดินหรือไม่ 

** ไขควงทดสอบไฟ  มีไว้สำหรับเช็คว่ามีไฟเดินหรือไม่และปริมาณมากน้อยแค่ไหนเท่านั้น  นศ./ช่างทุกคนจะมีราคา 30-40 บาท

	อังคารที่ 4 มี.ค.09.00 น.	ส่งรายชื่อชุมชนให้โรงเรียนกองทัพบก ขส.ทบ.ใส่ชื่อนศ.		พีรธัช TB
	พุธ ที่5 มี.ค. 12.00 น.	- ได้รับเอกสารกลับคืน - กระจายข้อมูลให้ SD  - SD โทรนัดหมายนศ.		TB
อาทิตย์ ที่ 9 มี.ค.  เวลา 13.00-16.00 น. (3 ชั่วโมง)
	12.30 น.	- SD พบกับนักศึกษาในชุมชน(นัดพบที่บ้านปธ.ชช.) - ทบทวนขั้นตอนการทำงานคร่าว ๆ		SD โทรคุย นศ.และปธ.ชช.ล่วงหน้า1-2 วัน
	13.00-13.10 น.	ประธานชุมชนประกาศเสียงตามสายตามสคิปต์		SD มอบสคิปต์ให้ปธ.ชช.
	13.10-16.00 1 หลังคาเรือนใช้เวลา 10 นาที  จะได้ประมาณ 150-180 หลังคาเรือน	หน่วยบริการออกตรวจเช็คและให้คำแนะนำตรวจสอบสายไฟ ทุกครัวเรือน (ที่มีคนอยู่) -  ไขควงทดสอบไฟ  -  ตรวจเต้ารับ-เต้าเสียบ  – สายไฟ แตก ฉีกขาด หรือไม่ - ปลั๊กเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า เช่น ทีวี ตู้เย็น หม้อหุงข้าว  เครื่องซักผ้า หลวม ต่อสายดิน หรือไม่  - แนะนำให้ตระหนักเรื่องไฟฟ้ามากขึ้น -  แนะนำศูนย์ประสานงานดร. -  แจกเอกสาร	1.ไขควงทดสอบไฟคนละ1 อัน 2. เอกสารศูนย์ประสานงาน 3. เอกสารการใช้ไฟอย่างปลอดภัยและประหยัดไฟฟ้า	ปธ.ชช.พาเดิน -ประสานขอเอกสารการตรวจใช้ไฟฟ้าจาก กฟน. จำนวน 9,000 ใบ
	16.00	- SD กล่าวขอบคุณประธาน/กรรมการชุมชน /นศ. - ถ่ายภาพ		SD และทีมงาน

หมายเหตุ

ขอ PR ทำสารคดีข่าวในบางชุมชน เพื่อเสนอต่อโรงเรียนอาชีวะต่าง ๆ เพื่อร่วมจัดกิจกรรมลักษณะเดียวกันนี้ในอนาคตกับกองทุนเวลา
